The house behind the skyline
Woh Hup has been building since the 1920s, formally established in 1927, and today stands among Singapore's most decorated contractors. Its record includes 58 BCA Construction Excellence Awards, 316 International Safety Awards and the distinction of being the first contractor to win the Quality Star Champion award, alongside numerous CONQUAS certificates from Singapore's Building Construction Authority.
The scale of the work speaks plainly. Reflections at Keppel Bay, at S$959.18 million, is the largest residential development in Singapore's history. The Interlace, Gardens by the Bay and Marina Bay Financial Centre followed the same standard: get it right the first time.
