Build-to-Grow
Culture is developed through training, not assumed. Through our Build-to-Grow programme we invested in 2019 in a modern residential technical and training centre, where we have run around 2,500 man-days of cultural training. It is how a company of engineers stays one company, from the head office to the furthest site.
The academy
Our Technology & Innovation Centre in Bengaluru opened in May 2019 together with a residential Training Academy. It delivers need-based training at every level: leadership development, technical training, skill upgradation and soft skills. Every programme is designed around L&W's objectives and values and is administered and monitored for effectiveness through an integrated Learning Management System.
The campus itself makes the point. The Eminence block trains 150 professionals at a time, the Emphasis block gives 150 more a collaborative working space, and Habitat houses 57 in residence, alongside conference rooms, recreation and gym facilities.
