Corporate Profile
The Indian arm of two of Singapore's oldest construction companies, delivering complex construction projects across India since 2006.
Our roots
L&W Construction Private Limited is a 100 percent subsidiary of Lee Kim Tah–Woh Hup Pte Ltd of Singapore, itself a 50:50 joint venture between Lee Kim Tah Pte. Ltd. and Woh Hup Holdings Pte. Ltd., two of Singapore's oldest construction companies, each with a history spanning more than 90 years.
Our journey
We started our operations in Bengaluru in 2006, first building for our own property development projects. Two years of experience in design, master planning and project management consultancy gave us valuable insight into the Indian market. In 2008, Ascendas awarded us our first construction contract: Phase III of their Taramani campus in Chennai. We have not stopped since.
Our status
Today L&W runs regional offices across the South and West of India with a dedicated workforce of 1,200 professionals and over 5,000 workers in building and civil works, and is now among India's leading construction companies.

As a specialist in design and build construction, we give our customers a single point of responsibility from design to delivery. More than twenty satisfied customers, most of them multinational companies and leading developers, have partnered with L&W to deliver their projects across India.
Our services
Our construction focus covers high-rise residential buildings, townships, commercial buildings, IT parks, industrial complexes, shopping malls and hotels, delivered as D&B projects, development and GC contracts. Through our subsidiaries we also provide interiors, landscape, BOQ civil contracts, MEP, façade, precast, structural steel, plant & machinery and property development.
