L&W Construction is wholly owned by Lee Kim Tah–Woh Hup Pte. Ltd., the joint venture of two Singapore construction houses that have been building since the 1920s.

Built out step by step
The Indian group did not arrive fully formed. L&W Construction opened in Bengaluru in 2006 and spent its first two years on design, master planning and project management consultancy before winning its first construction contract in 2008. L&W Building Solutions followed in 2015 to take on interiors, landscape and BOQ contracts. Then came two more incorporations in 2018: Invreco for specialised engineering works and LWK Development for property. L&W Realty completed the family in 2020.
Each arm exists for one reason: a customer can hand the group a whole brief and deal with one accountable partner from design to delivery.
